This policy describes Bulmeong for iPhone. Purchase-related sections apply to version 1.1 and later; version 1.0 has no in-app purchases.
In the app
Bulmeong does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer. It has no ads, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Optional one-time in-app purchases unlock additional atmospheres. Videos and audio are bundled and work offline.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and payments. The app uses StoreKit to check Apple-verified product identifiers and purchase, refund, or revocation status on your device to unlock or restore content. We do not receive your payment card details or send your transaction records to a developer server. Purchases and restoration require communication with Apple. Apple processes account and payment information under its own privacy policy. The app does not use purchase information for advertising or analytics.
Local settings
Language, selected atmosphere and flame color, sound levels, mute, timer and screen preferences, and the last fire/log time are saved on your device. They are used to restore your preferences and calculate the fire's elapsed time. The app does not send these settings to a server. They may be included in device backups managed by Apple, according to your device settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; backups are managed separately.
Support email
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond and troubleshoot. Please do not include sensitive information. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. Necessary records may be retained where required by law. Email is processed by the email service provider.
This website
These pages contain no analytics scripts or advertising. The hosting provider may process normal request logs such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.

기기에 저장되는 설정
언어, 선택한 분위기와 불꽃 색상, 음량, 음소거, 타이머·화면 설정과 마지막 불 피우기·장작 추가 시각은 기기에 저장됩니다. 설정 복원과 경과 시간 계산에 사용되며 앱이 이를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 기기 설정에 따라 Apple이 관리하는 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 앱 데이터가 삭제되며 백업은 별도로 관리됩니다.
이메일 문의
이메일로 문의하면 보내신 이메일 주소와 내용을 받습니다. 답변과 문제 해결에 이용하며 민감한 정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 이메일 삭제를 요청할 수 있고 법령상 보관이 필요한 기록은 필요한 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 이메일은 이메일 서비스 제공업체를 통해 처리됩니다.
